Bel ensemble de 34 PC du département de l’Ain (01), 1^er et 2^ème choix, dont RRR. Il y a même un PC sur le n°15 (plus-value non comptée). Le tri des PC par département a été fait avec soin. Il peut toujours y avoir des erreurs de lecture des PC, car c’est toujours difficile à faire. Mais compte tenu du prix très bas et compte tenu que le lot est indivisible, je n’accepterai pas de retour sur ce lot. Si erreur il y a, elle peut aussi bien être à l’avantage ou au désavantage de l’acheteur et donc du vendeur. Cote actualisée Mathieu de nos jours : 747 euros. Prix hors frais d’achat à 20% de la cote seulement ! : 149 euros.
