TAX HAND STAMPS 1889-1909 on envelopes (4), 1½d stationery card & PPC's (8), variously addressed & franked (one from Jamaica) showing a range of markings incl. unframed 'T' (3) - one bearing Transvaal ½d postage due, large 'T 1,' oval framed 'T/20c' on card to Madagascar and three with m/s notation. A lot worth viewing.
