LETTRE, 2.50 Fr affranchie 2.30+0.20 avec complément d´affranchissement de vignette DIVA 0.20, et oblitération des ARCS, au 8/02/92, jour de l´ouverture des J.O. 92. Les épreuves de ski de vitesse se disputaient aux ARCS.
Pour les jeux olympiques, la poste a équipées tous les sites olympiques de libres services affranchissements DIVA ET LISA,depuis la fin de novembre 1991 au début février pour l´ouverture des J.O.
A partir du début du mois de février 1992, les automates LISA ont été programmés pour que les reçus soient émis dans 4 langues étrangères, anglais, allemand, espagnol, italien en complément de la langue française.
Les villages olympiques des Saisies et de Brides les Bains avec V.O. inclu dans le timbre à date, le centre internationale de la radio et de la télévision avec C.I.R.T.V, inclu dans le timbre à date, le C.P.P. de la Léchères et le C.T.O d´albertville inclu dans le timbre à date, étaient eux aussi équipés d´automates lisa ou diva. Ces timbres à date ont été utilisés pendant la période olympique.(voir les autres TAD et affanchissement dans ma boutique)
